Natalia Rak is a Polish artist born in 1986. She is known for her gigantic wall paintings with vibrant colors and her remarkable technique. She was student at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz, Poland, she has a degree in graphic design and design.

Natalia was interested in art from an early age: “Since I was a child, I have always known that I wanted to paint and do things using my imagination, so I tried different artistic practices like drawing, silkscreening, graphic design, painting and sculpture. “

It’s been a few years since Natalia began painting in the street and made her way into the world of street art. “I like street art because I love contact with nature, I feel open to the world, I want to live something new and have fun with it, I like the smell of aerosol bombs and I feel happy when I paint.”

She draws inspiration from old photos, daydreams, Marvel comics and artists such as Stanislaw Ignacy Witkiewicz, Jacek Malczewski, Norman Rockwell and Hans Rudolf Giger.
Her murals are intense and emphasize mysterious and metaphorical feminine representations.

Her work has been exhibited all over Europe and has stood out at some of the most prestigious street art events on the continent.

She has been present at the “Walk and Talk Festival” in Madeira and the “No Name Festival” in France. In 2013, she won the “Arbattles” in New York. And her mural “The legend of the giants” was selected among the 5 best works of urban art in 2013, right beside the artworks of Bansky or JR.
